It is a point in time where people need to hard break from some of these tools and the things that we rely on, the short time dopamine driven feedback loops we have created are destroying whole society works, no civil discourse, no cooperation, missing formation, Mistruths are a global problem.

Social media is not the enemy it’s just an amplified tour that’s a reflection of us.

We need to take responsibility, reclaim our empathy and be more responsible.
